Shipping Policy

All orders ship free within the United States.

Processing & delivery

• Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: typically 5–11 business days after processing, with tracking emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Order changes

Need to change your address or size? Email support@wagsteady.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before it ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — your choice.

International shipping

We currently ship to US addresses only. More destinations are coming soon.
