Refund policy

WagSteady 30-Day Cool-or-Refund Guarantee

We want your pet to love the Chill Mat. If you or your pet aren't happy with it for any reason, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

How it works

1. Email us at support@wagsteady.com with your order number and a short note (photos help if the item arrived damaged or defective).
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with a resolution: a replacement, or a full refund of the product price.
3. For damaged, defective, or not-as-described items, we cover everything — nothing needs to be shipped back. For change-of-mind returns, we may ask you to return the unused item in its original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processing with our fulfillment partner and can't be cancelled, but the 30-day guarantee still applies once it arrives.
