How does it cool without electricity or water?
The sleep surface is made of ice-silk, a cool-touch fabric that conducts heat away from your dog’s body faster than regular bedding. It’s completely passive — nothing to plug in, fill, or freeze — so it can’t leak or run out.
Will it actually feel cool?
Yes — cool to the touch, never icy. Because the fabric keeps moving body heat into the air, the surface stays noticeably cooler than ordinary bedding while your dog is lying on it.
Can I wash it?
The whole bed is machine washable. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and let it air dry — it’s lightweight and dries quickly.
Is it safe if my dog scratches or chews?
